Exchange & Refund Policy:
At Furvanity, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you make informed decisions when purchasing apparel and accessories for your beloved pet. To assist you in finding the perfect fit, we recommend measuring your pet before making any precise body measurements-required purchases. Our size guide contains all the necessary information to help you choose the right size.

Please note the following terms regarding exchanges and refunds:

Customized Measurements: Items tailored to customized measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard Size Chart: Items purchased from our standard size chart are not eligible for return. However, they can be exchanged under the following circumstances:
a. Damaged/Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will swiftly replace it. Please notify our team via email within three days of receiving the product. Claims made after this period cannot be accommodated.
Process for Exchanges in case of defect
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at furvanity14@gmail.com within three days of receiving the product.
- Include your Order ID number in the email, and we will respond with an acknowledgment email.
- Send back the item for exchange within 10 days from the date of our acknowledgment email.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an acknowledgment via email and follow up with a phone call to discuss the items you wish to receive in exchange.
Please ensure that items eligible for exchange are in their original condition: brand new, unused/unworn, with all tags and packaging attached, free of odors or stains, pet hair & unwashed.
Refunds and Shipping:
- We do not offer refunds. Product exchanges are the only form of compensation.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchanged product.
- If the price of the replacement item is lower than the returned item, we cannot provide a refund for the difference.
- If the price of the replacement item exceeds that of the returned item, the customer must pay the additional amount.
Furvanity cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided, refused shipments, or unclaimed deliveries.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance/sale items.
Cancellations by Furvanity:
Furvanity reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for various reasons, such as limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or mistakes in product or pricing details. In such cases, we will contact you for additional verification or information.
If your order is cancelled, either partially or entirely, after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
All prices listed on our website are in INR and, where applicable, include tax (GST) but do not include delivery charges.
